but Indy wins today. It's a magical ride and things are clicking. Mr.Lewis knows this and is trying anything to get his team fired up but it won't matter.:nono:

I'm more than happy to take the 7. They cant win by 7 no way, no how!

Bye Ray, it's been great watching :0008

Now I am re-thinking this whole Colt play
A poster on another site makes a great argument....

"The Colts were bad on the road this season... they were outscored 233-172. That's almost 30 points allowed per game on the road.

Look at how much rushing yards were put up against them in their 8 road games. Including 352 by the Chiefs!!!

114, 112, 37, 251, 352, 178, 115, 138

That's 162 yards per game on the road!!

I can't possibly see how they could get any better after a week. Baltimore will throw out a heavy dose of Ray Rice. I think with Baltimore's home crowd, their run game, mix with the play action... plus a defense that isn't "great" but is good enough at home to get some stops against Andrew Luck and the Colts.

I honestly do not see how the Ravens do not win this game.

I'm thinking a 38-13 type Ravens victory.

Anyways, can someone throw some devils advocate at me and let me know how the Colt swill stop the Ravens running game and how they will be able to keep up point for point with them on the road?"

and I just read Rattlers post :0074

Think they just changed my mind

I love betting against the dome teams with young QB's that are on the road in January. Baltimore has lots of postseason experience. The Colts may just be happy to be invited to be part of this playoff celebration. I know they have that motivational factor with there Coach being back and all that jazz. But he has been back for a week or two already and that angle should be worn out by now?

The Colts may keep up in the first half and make it look like it could be a good game? But in the 2nd half the home team will put this one away easily.

Good Luck Guys! :0002 :0corn :0074

P.S- I am a Steelers fan and do not care for the Ravens one bit!! But I might love them a little bit today as they will be my first big play of the postseason!!!

I am a huge Colts fan and us on the road with a Rook at QB is not the scenario for a win. However and I say this with much caution. If and I mean if they can somehow get an early lead or stay in this game for 3 qtrs anything can happen.

The defense is not the greatest at stopping the run. It never has been.

Young team who believes they can win and a shitty QB on the other side who seems to think he is Romo or Elite gives us a chance.

If Balty runs and runs and runs then we are doomed.

The Balty D is not anywhere near what it was. Some are living like it is 2002. So would I be shocked if Indy won. Hell yes. Would I be shocked if they covered. Not really.

Everything held to the norm yesterday. Today is the day everything could go up in flames.

If you doubt your bet then buy it back and enjoy the game. Just because there is game does not mean it requires action.

Other than that I say let it ride and who knows you may be one of the few who cashes.

I am sitting this one out. I do think laying the points is what most will do though.

Ok I' 'll be your Huckaberry. The Colts will not stop Ray Rice however I don' t think the Ravens defense can stop Luck and the Colts either. Emotional edge even because this team is young and still improving. The Coach P story will keep this team up in the playoffs imo.

By the way, Kindle translated P a g a n o to ' paganism' so he is now ' Coach P.....

Anyway I don't think that ' Coach P' will have to sacrifice an innocent farm animal to make this game high scoring and very interesting.

31-27 someone.

And yes Jack, I know who you want to score the 31

:toast:

Good luck everyone.

"the bunker"
to me,getting the ravens and packers at basically even odds(with a small tease) in perfect spots seemed almost too obvious to step out on....

you had the packers coming home off a tight loss to the same team...a team with a shaky/relatively inexperienced qb at that.....the packers having cobb, nelson and woodson back on board....and as good a playoff qb as you could ever want...vs a dome team....

and the ravens?...stumbling into the playoffs with a defense decimated by injuries...basically getting a free week to rest all their key injuries and top players...getting lewis back as their emotional leader(in his last stand)...getting a home playoff game vs a rookie qb without a great running game and a mediocre to poor defense(particularly on the road) ...from a domed stadium(their rookie qb coming from a warm west coast climate)....a team that struggled on the road all year....

flacco in a game that may well determine whether the ravens are willing to open the wallet to keep him .....playing with one of the most favorable home field advantages in the nfl...

i mean, anything can happen..the ravens have stumbled vs lesser teams before...

it certainly seemed to stack up as "almost" a perfect storm type wagering scenario,imo.... yes anything can happen, but i had to take the shot here.....this type of situation doesn`t present itself everyday in nfl wagering.........this is nfl wagering feng shui........

still,g.l. on whatever you decide...i will say that if flacco and the ravens blow here,it will set the franchise(and flacco`s contract hopes) on their collective ears...
