Cook Shack. Nothing else compares. I need to work for them. I got one last year and have already gotten 4 of my friends to get one.
I got the Smokette 009 which is all stainless. Two of my friends got one on ebay.
Cook Shack has a great BBQ forum for finding out the do's and don't's of smoking.
Example: 5 lb pork butt gets a rub down and goes in smoker on 230 degrees for about 10 hours. (This time is for my smoker) After 10 hours butt is about 195 internal. This is ideal for pulled pork.
I always use 3 oz. wood.
I went to a BBQ cookoff and most of the pros had Cook Shacks. That was the main reason I got one. I have no doubts.
