The #1 word that I hear all the time, especially on the radio is:

obviously

I have a habit of changing the channel when I hear it...........#2 is "you know".....even the best of the best use it, but some athletes just way to much.

some of the "sayings", if you will, that I obviously hate, and trust me on this one I really do hate them, you know what I mean.

"thats not a gavel"
"did you hit it with a stick?"
"cabbage makes my feet stink"

Hope this helps

I have to go with the "you know?" or "you know what I'm sayin?". Sometimes the dumb aff fel leet will use it, literally, in every other sentence.

Just once I would like to have an interviewer just stop and retort back "no, I don't know !!" And maybe just kep that up for a bit. Just once, please !

"I believe..."
Example: Is that car red?
I believe it is.

Anytime I hear someone answer me with "I believe..." I just want to strangle them.

I can't stand it when somebody says "I know how you feel" especially after something bad happens/somebody dies. Royall pisses me off and hard to contain not chewing the person out.

Right on....From hearing that before I now find if I'm in a situation and something should be said, I'll say to the person " I sympatize with you, or my thoughts are with you".

yep... Most of the time if the person is talking, it's better to just nod, say, "uh-huh", etc. and talk as little as possible. They don't need you to cure their hurt, they need to talk if they want and somebody to listen to them.
