I was reading on USA Today that the US is considered the favorite? Wow, that's a surprise....really.

The U.S. were pre-tournament favorites but that is not the case at all at the moment. Check the current line at 5dimes. Earliest line i saw was Canada -1/2 -135. It has gone through the roof.
