I don't see Houston beating St. Louis, so I am going to try to play a hedge. I had St. Louis to win World Series at +180. I added a few hunded more to that today at +150 and + 160. I figure the Cards will be the favorites to take the series , especially if it is against the Yanks=which opens up a nice hedge opportunity. I haven't had a great year in bases, so I am going this way instead of trying to pick the winner. GL.........THE HITMAN

I was going to do the same thing but what scared me out of it was I was planning on hedging a future (st.louis to win ws)........that wasnt even in the ws yet..............with my luck I would have been stuck holding a ticket on St. Louis when they werent even in the WS......


Of course I still remember 1997 when I bet both favs at 2-1
Atl over Florida.......and Baltimore over Cleveland........thinking even if just one team made it I would only lose 1 bet......of course both favs lost in 6......Go Figure

Mav........I have a stronger opinion on the Cards than you do, I guess. I know they may not be there yet, and I am willing to take that chance, but the numbers on the hedge seemed to be a good play to me. ST. Louis at +150 to +180 is generous.Even more so after tonights game. I Just can't see Houston knocking them out of it so I went that way............as I am not the type to lay -200's or so as that is what the Cards have been. GL on your plays
