Going the Astros for the Series +110 and here are a few reasons why...
I like the Astors rotation a bit more than the Sox's. Actually alot more. With Pettitte and Clemens you get experience on the big stage and not to mention 2 great pitchers. Oswalt is a stud who gives his team a shot every time out. I am not sold on Contreras and Garland. Bueherle is an impressive pitcher imo but I give the edge to Oswalt in a straight up match-up. Garcia and Backe are a wash and give the edge to Backe at home in that game.
As a fantasy baseball player (and a damn good one if I might say so myself), I have had first hand knowlegde of the White Sox' bullpen as I had Hermanson as my closer and Jenks for the playoffs when Hermy's back acted up. Jenks is a flamethrower but his inexperience could hurt here. Lidge is one of the best in the game as far as closers go so I give the edge in closers to Houston as well. The setup men will most likely not be a big factor in the series due to the high quality pitching involved.
As far as the offense goes, I give the edge to the White Sox. However their edge will be negated by the pitching of Houston imo. You won't be stealing bases off Pettitte, and you won't be scoring tons of runs off of Clemens and Oswalt.
Finally my gut says that Houston is just the more stable bunch of players and have alot of veterans to help them when it is most needed.
