If Allstate Insurance Company was defending any lawsuit arising from these collisions, I have no doubt they would argue to a jury that their insured merely "tapped" the above vehicles.

Scumbags.

DTB at 2200 rpm that car is about at 90. What I cant see is how they maintain that speed with a mid car hit. They may have been going faster. Then slid in to the middle of car still at 90. At least it looks to me like a mid car wrap around. Soemtimes when your nuts enough. Even set belts wont do any good. Looks like two DATS.

Eddie You might have product liabilty case there. Surely the car should have held together hitting a tree head on at 90mph+ or maybe you can sue the farmer for allowing a tree to grow with a mile of a road or maybe he spilled some hot coffee in his lap making him lose control---we know the driver was not responsible-correct?

Dogs:

Not bad. You have potential. However, not perfect. See you forgot at least two other potential defendants, to wit, 1) the state since surely some road defect caused these vehicles to leave the traveled portion of the roadway striking the tree, and 2) God for the wrongful placement of the tree.

You know, looking at these pictures really makes me salivate. Kinda like I imagine you do when you get a premium check in the mail and/or when you can tell one of your clients that their claim is not covered.

:) I told you before I don't collect premiums-you been hanging around the projects where debit agents go door to door to collect premiums or maybe that is how you pay yours :) --I did have to make call last summer on claim that was not covered---lady could not understand why going to emergency room to get shots to prevent poison ivy prior to camping trip would "not qualify" as $50 co-pay emergency visit and was really angry when told if done at Dr's office it would have only been $10 co-pay
