This doesn't just happen on its own. Your front desk person knows more than she is letting on. That is why she went over there to "fix" the problem even though you didn't want her to.
She was covering her ass and getting their stories straight.

I would agree, buy a coffee maker for the other office, 50 bucks and aggravation over, yes that would tick me off too
Out of curiosity, does it being a 2 story building affect this, that lost me.
My other question is her name being something like Keiana, Nikia, or Aiesha making her more annoying? :shrug:

I think you are missing the important part of this.
The problem is not that she helped herself to coffee in front of you.
The problem is she came in and asked for food.
She is not totally dealing in reality.
I picture her as white and reminds me of that woman with Mike Douglas who stalked the shit out of him and never gave up.
She knew who you were and was testing the market. She is probably home right now fantasizing over what to do in your office tommorrow.
If you put your foot down to stop it, you may have a seriel killer on your hands , and her object of intent may be the top dog dentist.
If you let it go, you could start getting phone calls at home from her.
Who was that on the phone honey ?
Uhh no one dear, just some nutbag who is stalking me. Or worse yet she could call your wife and tell her you have been giving her free food and coffee in exchange for sexual favors for the last month.
Try explaining that one.
Being a two story building and all , most of the tenants probably already know this woman.
They are probably all glad that the new guy is dealing with her crazy antics. Most are afraid of her.

I would strongly recommend not tapping this in the back room one night in the dental chair..
Other than going to her boss and getting her fired you may want to consider moving to another building.
