wow...what if you teased Georgia Tech

I thought I had it bad when Va Tech scored those 2 long, late touchdowns. And then there is the made 2-point conversion, and the safety too!
Bad beat for me with GT +6.

However, Tech scores THIRD long touchdown on interception return with 72 seconds left to play. That got me thinking.......imagine having GT +11 or +12 or +13 as a teaser leg?! Up 17-7, 17-9 late, and 20-12 very late!
I would have put in in my pocket as a win for sure. I feel for anybody who had GT in a collapse like this. This would drive me from gambling. Or at least teasers!!!

or how about if you SUPER-TEASED the total!! That would be just as bad. (and a foolish play to begin with, but that's another topic).

13-point...four-teamer.........moved total to UNDER 53.
17-7 late in third......if you told me that and told me that the game would NOT go overtime, I would have put a fortune on the UNDER 53.
safety + 2-pt conversion...plus a pair of field goals....plus 3 late TD's in final moments.....WHAM.....54 point scored....I would need a bottle of vodka right now!

All GT bettors got screwed on that last so called TD. That was obviously a safety which means that GT would have only been down by 5 and would have gotten the ball back

i dont think you can blame gailey for putting the game on the shoulders of his defense.

up 20-12 at home with 5:00 left.

the opposition needs to go the length of the field AND get a two-pointer just to tie.

9 times out of 10, that game is over.

but that game was ridiculous. busted coverages on a defense thats one of the best in america. and then after that, chaos.
