That is wht I just don't like having my bank account hooked up to any of these unregulated on-line payment places, western union works just fine.

I'll refer you to www.paypalsucks.com Just be glad it was only 15 bucks. They got me 2 years ago for 250. I did eventually get the money back.

Good luck finding the number on paypal's site, so here is their contact information.

Contact Pay Pal via Telephone:

TOLL-FREE NUMBER:
From http://www.bajanet.com/paypal-privacy.htm

Corrections and Updates
Users can update their account information in the Options page of the My Account tab. In some cases, it may be necessary to email service@paypal.com or call PayPal's toll free number 1-877-6-PAYPAL (1-877-672-9725).

--> I checked, and this number does work. Just let it ring. The recording system doesn't pick up for quite awhile (that's an attempt to get you to hang up before they answer, to save them money).

REGULAR NUMBER:
From PayPal's own privacy policy:

15 bucks!!! consider yourself very lucky.

2 summers ago some piece of shit took $3000 out of my account.

somebody sent themselves $1500.. i tried to contact pay pal.. theres a phone number but you just leave a message.. through their web site my account was supposed to be locked. the next week another $1500 was gone..

pay pal did absolutely nothing!!! pay pal fawking sucks!:thefinger

my advice is to change your bank account numbers and your credit card numbers. pay pal will not help you
