People in NY wouldn't react well to this game being called a tie.
It is 1:25am in NY right now. Try telling him this is a tie.

How do you fix this:
Simple add 2 pitchers to each team(not starters) and make it a rule they can only be used in extra innings. More of an honorary trip with a possibility to play. No players refuses it.
