Lol @ what? Think its a good move...1 team buffalo needs to learn how to beat is NE....and he knows how to play them.....lets see Jets one of the worst teams in Nfl...almost beat Pats in both games.....if he had a better team he wins both. ...was hoping for this before Marrone quit...and got my wish

Bills' mind set!! :00x4

Dumbest move in the world since Al Davis fired Mike Shanahan! What free-agents will come to the Bills knowing Ryan's history? What QB would go there? How many upcoming free-agents do the Bills have? How many will stay now?

I highly doubt Jim Kelly, if he had the power, would have made this move and too bad his conglomerate couldn't buy the Bills. Appears to be another ownership group with no clue, like in Cleveland in Washington!

Good for Rex, but bad for the NFL!

Rex knows how to beat the Patriots? Didn't the Bills beat the Patriots in week 17? The Patriots played down to the Jets' level and knowingly didn't care how bad they beat the Jets you could see that in the Patriots body language and play calling. Everyone else beat on the Jets except the Dolphins!! :mj07:

Not everybody :rimshot

True, the Jets did get a couple wins, one over the Dolphins in Miami, Oakland in wk 1, Tennessee (a gift given to them by Whitehurst) and Pissburgh after Steelers won 3 straight home games. :mj07:

Heck, Rex could bring the Bills to a whole new level!!

We can't always be right, but my gut and my own opinion is Rex will burn the Bills and I hope there is an out clause in that contract so the Bills don't have to pay that moron all 5 years for that amount of money! There are alot more better candidates than Rex Ryan for that job!

Rex is a tool but he's a solid defensive mind. Defense already solid. Will only get better with Ryan/Schwartz

Ryan's record was 46-50 with Sanchez and Geno as his quarterbacks in his 6 years with the Jets.....He should be in the Hall of Fame for being near .500 with these 2 clowns as his quarterbacks...With Buffalo having a top 10 defense now the Bills will be in the playoffs next year....

Could have been much worse. Definitely not a lateral move considering Marrone before him.

The hire is absolutely very divisive around here, but Im of the every step forward needs to be positive. And this will absolutely help with the culture of a team that severely lacked in...something...missing hefore Marrone. I can say Marrone did leave an improved competitive edge to the team that sorely lacked in previous years.
