With the last tournament I played, and even more confirmed by watching this final table, I know I'll never be able to ever run deep in a tournament. I can't stand and have no patience for all these tools that take forever to make even the simplest of decisions. These guys have wrecked the game with all this stalling, delays, posturing, etc. unwatchable and unplayable.

Yep, I give up. This fucking sucks! How you guys play this stupid fucking game is amazing to me!

These 3 will be on when I wake up in the morning.

van Hoof on fire the 1st 13 hours.......and bam.......out in third place.

van Hoof got great cards yesterday though, he was a little lucky.

3.807 million a good payday, nothing wrong with that.

All these guys had to get incredibly lucky to make final table, so none should be unhappy getting knocked out.

Jacobson has already won, check out his girlfriend:clap:

Where it is real F ing COLD
I like watching when they go from table to table and they shoe the intriguing hands for the tournament but watching the final 3 put me to sleep. The long pauses were just too much, I understand why they do it but it doesn't make for good televsion

Obviously the poker economy owes everything to the TV coverage that it has received the last decade.

That said, I am not a fan of the final table dynamic ESPN has created. Spread over two days, a live stadium atmosphere with coaches available after each hand AND access to hole cams (after the delay) turns this into something other than poker.

I don't think that viewership would be down much at all if you locked these guys into a card room, recorded the whole thing and then aired it in its entirety after the tournament was finished.
