another morning and barely recovered from last night...But everyone is getting a late start today. Jack actually did get back to him room midnight last night so he can be rested and primed for WSOP tournament he is playing today at 5pm
Just saw Ctownguy showing his lovely wife the poker area back here in convention area at the Rio Casino.
started uploading stuff and laptop siezed and crashed first time ever (2 years old), so just finished 70 minutes in safe mode running defraggers, registry fixes, cleaning files, etc.
now laptop seems fine. But I'll get back to room and run more maintenance. And try and get nap! Make sure A/C is set right (getting over 110 degrees here today..)

ctownguy with the Sapphire girls. ctownguy (Jim) rarely wears his gold WSOP bracelet. We try to get him to put it on more. Folks sure like to look at it!

Jack told Jim that he heard gold WSOP bracelet winners get automatic upgrade to Diamond level status at all Harrah's properties. Jim went ahead and did that. One of the many perks winning one of these things. But biggest is bragging rights, of course. Even big pros like Gus Hansen or Erick Lindgren would give up two years of earnings just to win a WSOP gold bracelet.
Here's Jim with his beautiful Greek wife, Vangela. Trust me fellows, she's even much better lookin' in person than this picture. As I've said before, these gamblers always seem to find these fine women....and The Judge is showing some proper fealty toward the bracelet.
Ian with other excellent bartender, Dominick. Ian is not only having the time of his life, for the 21st birthday party, it is now becoming BEYOND memorable. Jack has seen to that. But Ian's sunny outgoing personality sure helps getting that good time, always with a ready smile, reminds me of Jack's dad--and that is a very good thing indeed!
