==============================

Something may not be right here, because only 14 minutes earlier Lederer supposedly had about 110,000 in chips. Monster pot in those 14 minutes?? Or old info??

Date / Time: 2005-07-11 17:33:00

Title: Lederer Doubles Up

Log: With the board showing Ad-9h-8s-7d, Howard Lederer moves all-in for his last $26,000, and is called by a player who shows Q-Q. Lederer shows Kd-7d for a flush draw, a straight draw, and one overcard. The river is the Kh, and is good enough to double up Lederer to nearly $110,000.

Title: Sammy Farha Eliminated in an Estimated 316th Place ($21,070)

Log: With the board showing 5-4-4-3 on the turn, Sammy Farha is all in against John Falconeer at ESPN's Featured Table. Farha shows pocket sevens (an overpair and a gut-shot straight draw), but Falconeer has pocket fives (full house). Farha's straight draw is dead, and he now needs to catch one of the last two sevens in the deck to stay alive. The river card is an 8, and Sammy Farha is eliminated from the Championship Event.

Farha finished in approximately 316th place. He will receive $21,070 for his efforts.

Title: Stellwagen Busts One

Log: After calling a raise and a $35,000 reraise, and with the flop showing 9-6-3, Bryan Stellwagen checks. His opponent moves all-in for $260,000. Stellwagen calls. He shows 3-3. His opponent shows A-Q. The turn is a blank, and the river is a 9, giving Stellwagen a full house, eliminating his opponent, and raking a pot so large that he immediately needed to be colored up by tournament staff. His stack now lingers around $650,000.

Coming out of break just a few minutes ago, Raymer is at 850k. Matusow and Ivey appear to be doing pretty well, too.

Man I wish that arrogant fat-ass slob would go down. Can't he choke on his big gulp or one of the 6 Calzones he eats during the breaks? I bet the casinos hate to comp him a buffet

Sun,

Have you ever met Raymer? I would bet not.

Although I dont know him, I have met him and he is super nice. Also, a couple of my buddies know him fairly well, and say he is one of the nicest guys out there.

Not sure what you are basing your opinions off of, but I guess you are entitled to them.

Seems to me a lot of people are jealous of Greg and what he has accomplished.

Yes I have played with him :clap: :clap:
Go Gabe!!!! Fawk I didnt even know he was in it until I just got a call from my buddy Ron who I play with every week and he finished like 720th. Now listen to this chit, Ron has been looking forward to this all year, a customer of his paid his way in. Any way FIRST hand, Ron is in the big blind, blinds are 25-50. He gets the nightmare of all hands, AA :mj07:
Two guys limp so he raises 500. 1 guy calls him and the flop is 8-9-Q. Ron bets 1,000 and the guy raises 1,000. He takes forever, at least 2 minutes he said and moves all in. Now he has been in this thing for 1 fawking hand :mj07: The guy of course calls and flops over 10-J. He flops the dead nuts :scared Ron cant beleive his bad luck, shakes the guys hand and prepares to walk away. The turn card is an Ace :scared and the river is a 9 giving Ron a full house :mj07: :mj07: :mj07: He said the fawkin guy almost melted but did get interviewed quite a bit :mj07:
