I'm taking WVU -13.5 first half
Everyone knows WVU can run the balland will put up points tonight, but Thier defense is just as good at stopping the run.
With Casteel's 3-3-5 stack alignment one would think they would be vulnerable to the run. But actually Two of the extra DB's are strong saftey outside linebacker types whose job is to contain the outside rush, leaving the three inside linebackers to play off the gaps not taken up by the downlineman.
Teams that stretch the field are much more suited to beating WVU's defense by getting slot recievers upfield and forcing the BS and SS into coverage or a reroute.
Connecticut should begin the game by running the ball in the first half and i think WVU takes the lead. In the second half look for Uconn to open up and start passing around as they should be behind, opening up a chance for the dreaded back door cover.
