2. He is a hound in the JUCO schools for talent
3. The workman (lunch pale) attitude would go over extremely well.
4. It is pretty much the same recruiting base... remember RR went further down the coast for his guys.
I know he is a Defense guy and he has never gotten out of Beamers shadow to be a head but there are hundred of assistants that when given the chance make big impacts on a program.
IMO he brings an attitude to the table. If WVU wants to win with offense he is NOT the guy, but I think given his name in the NFL talent department he will get the talent on defense even with a short recruiting season.
Personally I think it will be Bowden, but I have many VT alum friends and when the thought of losing foster comes up they get a little uneasy.
IF WVU wants to bring back boosters (and they do) it will be bowden.
