Ok I'm ticked as heck !!!!

I downloaded XP Service Pack 2 Now my Outlook Express wil not display pics, gifs or whatever.
Just small little Xs.

What gives ?

Try updating first, and turning off their firewall.




Try to configure your browser.

XP Service Pack 2 changed my Outlook Express settings for me which caused the problem.

uncheck Block images and other external content in HTML email.

I don't know about OE, but in Outlook you can right click and say display html images if you want. I like this because knowing that tracking cookies can be used in html code if I don't want them to know I opened the message I can just delete it.
