Okay i can admit it!! What can i say---Curt Schilling has done it all year and continues to do it in the playoffs!!! Mussina pitched bad--his ball he was throwing was flat---and good hitters will take advantage of a flat ball===he had no movement--and was leaving the ball in some hot spots of Arizona hitters!! Even though the game went over--i still feel good about the under play--- Good pitching beats good hitting--(almost everytime====) but last night the hitting prevailed!!! But still feel the under is the right play. Love Petite---he is a bull-dog---Johnson-i believe the yanks "D" got all those errors out the way-----------bigger ball park than Yankee Stadium but look for the "D" to pick it back up!!
Final play---- Yankee game under6.5

GL today Innavation, I'm right there with you! I don't think you can use game one as a benchmark for this one. I think both pitchers today will pitch a great game. I'm thinking the Yankees show a sense of urgency to go back to NY at 1-1.

Something to think about!!!
The humidity is down in Arizona to 23%--and could fall more by gametime--- As a pitcher---this affects the break on a curveball--- Petite likes to use the breakin' ball but his cutter is probaly his best pitch.. This pitch could be affected!!! I was leaning to the yanks but because of this (curve ball factor)--i had to stay away>... And The "UNIT" has been doing it all year in Arizona.. so i think his pitching style is not affected.. Look for Randy to throw many pitches tonight and go deep into this ball game---- Final Play--yanks-Arz game under 6.5---ALthough; due to (less break on ball--not as sharp) it provides less value!!
