I was surprised by this line, too. Last week, there was speculation about the DL for Johnson, and now that they've won two in a row, the line's skyrocketing again? It's as if they've just torn off 10.
I'll stick with my fade for now, especially with Meche on the mound for the Mariners, but I really gotta love the way these lines vaccilate.

I think the line opened around -220, and it got hammered up right off the bat last night. It's starting to come down a little, though. Pinnacle has it listed at -239 right now. I certainly wouldn't bet it, but after looking at the game a little closer, I'm wouldn't take Seattle, either. There will be better spots to fade the Yankees IMO>
This line has a lot to do with the M's inability to hit lefties....they are horrible against them
