yanks/angels lines

can somebody explain to me how the angels are -110....-120 on the over...and yet -130 on under 4 1/2 runs?

remember they make the lines on what money is coming in , they dont gamble we do.

but my guess crappy bullpens, faith in the starters but then it all goes to hell.

i just took yanks -150 over 4 1/2 to hedge my angels ml bet. very weird.
