How about this:

2-Tuner PIP
2-Tuner PIP allows you to watch 2 programs simultaneously. You can monitor fast breaking news events while watching a movie, or keep track of two sporting events happening at the same time. You can swap the main screen and the inset picture at the touch of a button. During channel search, PIP scans the available channels in the preset picture. You can also use this feature to search the favorite channel memory.

But the best part is it can be side by side!!!! Yeah baby!!

Also not needed and extra cable box, just need the cable card from Comcast and the TV is set!!! WOO HOOO!!!

Ohh and I can't forget the stand:

One problem though. I put off buying a new surround sound system as I am redoing parts of my house. not actually redoing but some new carpet, paint, etc. But the room this is going in is a 25 ft by 13' 6" with a center wall that the TV will be on that has hallways on both sides. SInce I live in a two-story, I am not going through the ceiling, and cannot go across carpet, nor is it feasible to go under. BUt how in the world do I get rear speakers then... (Was talked out of the wireless as he mentioned the systems so far are not great and rear speakers sound muffled..and I am not spending $1500 on a surrond system at this time. Any suggestion I am open!

Also got something for the wife:

Nothing fancy, but who would spend close to $1200 for a dishwasher? WOW!! That is some serious issues for me on that....

Now only if I could have sept the board, this stuff would have been close to FREE!!

Stomie-

Thanks for the info...

Actually the best price out there is Abesofmain.com... believe it or not I went to 3 different Sears before I found someone that would deal with me. (Timing is a virtue on who you get to serve you!)

Sears will match anyone's price as long as they have a brick and mortar store within your city. Well, I don't have a abesofmaine store near me, but I do know they have a brick and mortar store. So they guy that I eventually ended up doing business with finally said let's look up the site, get their store addy and call them up to see if the are in stock. (Their verification I guess)

He then said let's see what we can do....so because they could not meet abesofmaine.com price of $2128 Shipping Included for the 42 Inch nor the $2378 price of the 50inch. We bargained a bit LOL!

I told him if it's good enough I will buy the 50 inch and stuff that night, Sent in at 8:45 thinking they closed at 10:00 when they closed at 9:00 don't know if that played a part or not.

So we got the 50 inch down to a little over $2500 with tax, but then he offered me a markdown price on the dishwasher, and I am going back for an additional 10% of in a few days, as well as a $75 of the Sony Stand and I can come back in a few days for 10% off. Game me free home delivery (Saturday for the SB) saved $50 and time, and then also got the $149.99 waived off of the shipping and installation of the dishwasher. (That took sme private discussions with the two different sales reps from their respective departments) .

All in all the extra's I was going to buy anyways offest my purchase price difference from Abesofmain. Sounds like a lot, to go through but the experience took less than 40 minutes in store.

Sears and (Jeff) have found a repeat customer for life, or until Jeff leaves LOL!!! Not to meniton the Sears is less than 2 miles from my home if anything happens.
