Fermats Room - This came out five or six years ago. Spanish thriller about four mathematicians locked in a room who are forced to solve difficult mathematical problems within a specified amount of time or else the walls close in on them. Pretty good, but some say the movie is difficult to find. You may get lucky and find one with english subtitles.

 

[The Boys]

Intouchables (France) Saw this last year A+

 

[Trampled Underfoot]

This is not from 2012 but I did watch it in 2012. One of the best!
