No 1 hit song and I forgot by who..help... but.... can't believe all the drama in the coaching changes...my take on some of them..
Arkansas...
Altman is 100% right in doing what he did going back to the Blue Jays..half the Hog players haven't shown up to spring classes.. 6 or 7 are ineligible...two failed drug tests...Broyles and there President didn't even know about that.Altmans only mistake was believing these guys...and they didn't really know...a mess in Arkansas..Heath left under a bad situation...
West Vir-Kansas St
K-state knew what they were getting when they hired Huggins...But Huggy still owes them something. They did give him a job..and with his DWI's and DUI's...arrests in his programs...graduation rates,etc..he wasn't a lottery pick...I know WV is is home but you would think the would stay a few years and maybe put them on the map...Now K-State might not release Huggys players..thats bush too....
Michigan gets Belien...great move...will he run his 1-3-1 there...
Kentucky gets Gillispie....wow.. He revitalized UTEP and AM..more pressure at UK but he's a good coach...
Iowa gets Majerus....love that move...have the AED monitor 6 feet away from him at all times..
New Mexico gets Alford...not sure of that one...I'll pass...something Alford didn't like to do with Bobby G..
Iona fires Ruland..hires Williards coaches son from Holy Cross...Kenny coached with Pitino at Louisville..and Pitino sons leaves the little dukies to coach with his father at UL..
Toledo hires Orr....wow...Orr is terrible...what are they thinking...no control of players..terrible bench coach...nice guy ,very religious...prays a lot in the lockeroom...' may the lord let you jump higher...'
Colorado gets Bzdelik from Af....good coach...not sure what type of athlete he will get at Col...to run that offense..good coach though..
Tom Davis retired from Drake...one of my all time favorite coaches...I ran his zone offense better then his BC,Stanford and Iowa teams...he retires with 598 wins...damn...can't somebody hire him for the last 2...
Tubby Smith to Minny...hope he does good up there..
