She's former number 1 in the world....but got caught doping.
She "won" (not really because most of em taken away) multiple Olympic medals, but with the doping, she kind of never really "made the Olympic Team"......plus Russia is banned (well sort of) from the Olympics so there is that.
Maybe the sled was doping as well, that sled just ran away from her

Obviously she is still doping but the sled isn't, so it couldn't keep up with her.
She was one of those Russian athletes that doped for years and years, she's a giant smelly cunt.
