What are the odds I will roll two 6's before a 7?

How about four 6's before a 7?

How do you figure that out?

prob = 5/11
odds = 6:5

Two 6s before 7:

prob (5/11)*(5/11) = 25/121
odds = 3.84 : 1

Four 6s before 7:

prob = (5/11)*(5/11)*(5/11)*(5/11) = 625/14641
Odds = 22.4 : 1
