We should be safe here in Austin/San Marcos - If it doubles back on Houston they could be in trouble

Be safe with you and your family Hedgehog

All good so far for me and my family, the rain is incredible and the amount of people affected is so sad. anyone affected stay safe, I've watched local tv all day, satellite is in and out, with rescues and forecasts they can't even predict what is happening next

I've lived on the Gulf Coast nearly all my life so I'm no stranger to this. Having said that, this is the craziest shit I've ever seen. I've never seen so much water. Such a disaster.

Texans are resilient and we help our neighbors. Sun came out yesterday, this will pass. Hang tough East Texas and Louisiana, they are getting pummeled as I type.

Hope all you texans are high and dry.

After i get off the throne in 5 minutes, i am leaving from new orleans to SW LA, for business. Local iphone repair shop gave me 9 battery powered phone chargers to distribute. Pretty cool of them. I was picking up my son's phone after a screen repair yesterday, and I mentioned that I was headed out this morning. He told me to wait a minute, and came out with a bag of these chargers to diatribute. I was like, fuckin' A right!. Got me thinking, so i stopped at grocery and loaded up on 21 cases of water and some bags of tuna.
