LOL, I rarely play prop bets but this one I can't resist:

Vinny -30.5 (-125) Total passing yards over Washington QBs

Vinny -1.5 (-130) Total pass receptions over Washington QBs

Playing these both above average. . . can't imagine the Skins going to the air too much and Dallas may run a little more than usual but nothing significant IMO.

Also, take a look at the strenghts of each team on offense vs. the strenghts of the opposition on defense and you'll see that Washington should favor the run (or be very close to the same amount of passing yards) while the Cowboys will completely favor the pass.

I rate Washington's secondary far better than that of Dallas. Parcells will use three runningbacks tonight also.

One more thing. Keep in mind that if Brunell goes down, you're up against Ramsey (not a bad thing) but, if Vinny goes down, you get nothing.

Unless its 4th quarter your bet is cooked at that point.

GL on your plays.

I did consider the fact that Vinny could go down. . . but how could you ever base a wager on something that might happen? Just like anything else. . . he should remain in the game but lightening can strike so you have to take your chances.

Also, this wager has nothing to do with which team has the better secondary but rather their plan of attack or focus. Washington will be content with running the ball if they can get away with it while the Cowboys will have to go to the air. I believe Washington wins this game on the ground forcing the Cowboys to do everything possible in the air to compensate.

We'll see what happens!

Personally, Id say there is a 20-25% chance that Vinny does 'go down' and misses some snaps in this game. Dont be suprised when it happens.
Its something to consider in every game, and in this one, the probabilities are much higher than in most for numerous reasons.

weather does not sound like great passing weather to me

Again, I don't think it really matters to be honest. . . Dallas has to pass (which I believe they can still do in the rain unless its just coming down in buckets), Washington has to run. We'll see what happens

That's what every wager is based on.

Hope no one had Gannon last night on a similar prop! :cursin:
