Youngstown/Akron 2nd half

Couldn't post earlier but the lead ref for this game hates Akron's coach Dambrot. We went up to the Buffalo game last year and he threw Dambrot out and made several horrible calls. Tonight the Pengs are klling the Zips on the O glass and are wrestling with Akron down low with no calls. Haney has T'd up Dambrot already tonight.

I have to try to buy out of my earlier action. Making YSU 2nd half as my first multi unit play of the season

Unbelievable 2nd half as the Zips gunned up three 3 pointers in the final seconds. They finally knocked down the last at the buzzer sending it to OT. Dambrot made his point and got some whistles in the 2nd half as It was clearly a plan of the Pengs to foul Akron's bigs and send them to the line.

In the end the 7' was just enough.

Keep an eye on YSU early this years as their Jucos are tough and they are physical enough to bother some teams. I expect to find some value using them in the role of the dog. It once again appears that Akron will have trouble in the paint when the opposition puts a body on them. They looked pretty soft tonight.
