? 1 oz. sweet and sour
? 1 oz. orange juice
? ? oz. orgeat syrup
? Dash of sherry
? Mint sprig garnish
Scorpion
? oz. dark rum
? ? oz. brandy
? ? oz. vodka
? ? passion fruit syrup
? ? oz. orgeat syrup
? 1 oz. sweet and sour mix
Shake with ice and strain into small rock glass filled with ice.
Mai Tai Original Recipe
? 0z dark rum
? oz golden run
? oz triple sec
? oz orgeat syrup
2 oz sweet and sour mix
Shake with ice and strain into stemmed cocktail glass.
If you have a high speed blender, put everything in a blender ? filled with crushed ice. Blend for 5 seconds and pour over ice.
Rum Keg
5 oz. light rum
1 oz. dark rum
4 oz. sweet and sour mix
3 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. passion fruit syrup
Mix thoroughly and server with tall straws
Black Widow
1 oz. golden rum
1/2 oz Southern Comfort
2 oz. sweet and sour
Shake and strain
Garnish with lime wheel
Blue Hawaii
1 oz. silver rum
1/2 oz blue caracao
1 oz. cream of coconut syrup
3 oz. pineapple juice unsweetened
Garnish with cherry, orange slice and mint sprig
