Where is the love for the Jags here?

The 3 most important aspects of playoffs are turnovers, defense and rushing. All 3 favor the Jags.

So why not take the better defense. I would like to hear who has a better defensive line than Jacksonville. Stroud and Henderson in the middle can take over a game. At the Defensive ends you have Haywood, Spicer, and McCray who have a combined 21.5 sacks.

Its one of the worlds seven wonders why MLB Mike Peterson with his 131 tackles, 6 sacks, 3 ints, 2 forced fumbles is not a Pro Bowler? He is the best linebacker on the field saturday.

Tournovers?

Jacksonville +11
New England -6

Whats this I hear about the cold and snow?
I hope it snows 12 inches and the wind is blowing 30 mph. JACKSONVILLE HAS GIVEN UP 4 RUSHING TD'S ALL YEAR.

The passing attack for Jacksonville has been fair all year I have to admit averaging around 200 yards in the air a game. The good thing is they will be going against a poor/ depleted secondary. If you look at Leftwich (im assuming he will start) in his last 3 games before getting hurt he was on fire.
Jacksonville's running game is no joke with Greg Jones and Fred Taylor. With 2 weeks of rest for those two, look out!

Jacksonville averages 122.4 ypg rushing
New England averages 94.5 ypg rushing

This year the Jags have only lost 2 games by more than 7.5 points. One of them being INDY and it was only 8. You know the Jags will play a close game. You would have to be a idiot not to take 7.5 points.

The public does not know anytthing about Jacksonville. Take your points and then take your money. :padlock:

" FYI, the Jaguars are 2-0 the last two years in games played when the temperature is below freezing."

"Ironically, the last team to beat New England in the playoffs was the Jaguars -- in 1998."

Its all about Duval County.

well like they say, you should only bet on a game if you think the line is wrong. So if your sitting on the fence you might as well lay off. .. unless of course you bet for the sole purpose of the entertainment part of it.

Nice write up Little, I had the same feelings but not all the stats to back it up. I'm not playing the game because the pats are seeming to start playing like the team of old, but Jax is one tough team, just like their qb. Should be the best wildcard game this year.
