Soft toss....lots of it...BUT using a broom stick and tossing beer bottle caps....then when ya thought you were damn good....you soft tossed with popcorn seeds.....one hell of a hitting drill

never forgot just could not explain how to throw the bottle cap, who need r.santo or c.shaw to show them, hell took me 3 weeks just to be able to shot one out of my hand, did alot of that with shaw when we were at mobile for that summer, he was the king of that. talk about movement a bottle cap

and beannie skeeter has way more hits off mlb pitcher I would bet then anyone on here, there are also 5 more guys i know that have their share of hits off of guys who pitched in the show that post here and little do you know one man on here you guys call stupid a idiot just because of his views was dir of umps for pcl and a ump for a long time in pro ball. you would be shocked and he was a damn good dir. and crew chief.
