I am going to start off by saying I have absolutely KILLED IT the past 3 weeks in the NFL!! Best 3 week stretch I can remember. The first 4 weeks were "okay" (+7) units roughly) but got some real REAL bad breaks early and knew I was due to cash!! All of my NFL plays are posted here on Madjacks in my weekly threads! With that being said.....and getting back to business...I have started doing some preliminary research on this weeks games and the lines are real spooky for this upcoming Halloween!! :scared :scared
Of 12 NFL GAMES:-Not counting Den/DET Game currently not posted
6 Lines (5 home) are HEAVILY favored by -9 to-13.5
5 Lines (2 home) hovering right around -3 to -3.5
1 Line (Home) Bills -6 off a bye
Vegas got some $$ back come Monday night but overall it "seems" they have been getting hit hard as certain heavy favs are covering, over totals hitting, and prime time games helping the public! Not my area of expertise knowing what Vegas is winning or not...and to be honest I don't give a shit!! I bet on instinct, momentum, injuries and common sense philosophy. I have tried to find 2011 NFL YTD record of favs covering and cant find...love for someone to post if they have it! :shrug:
Looking at my preliminary research (injury reports, teams with momentum, bye schedules, upcoming schedule vs last 2 weeks performances etc etc) I see and project:
A BIG WEEK FOR DOGS DOGS AND MORE DOGS!!!!!
I think many of these lines are very much inflated!! I think by FAR this is the hardest week thus far in the NFL to project YTD! I am willing to guess if you bet the same units across the board on EVERY dog...you will make $$ this week! :0corn
I typically have 3-4 bets in thus far...but haven't pulled the trigger on one bet yet...and may be my lightest weekly action YTD. There is not one line I am in love with yet. I just have a "feeling" the dogs are going to bark this week...and bark loud!!!
