6-8 bone in pork chops
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can (larger, family size) cream of chicken soup

throw it together, that's all folks.

note, you can use boneless chops, but by the time 4-6 hrs are up, the bones come off anyways, so why not add a little extra flavor.

Having this today, wife and I are out and about !!!

Used chicken last nite and I think it was better than the pork.

Brined it first for 3 hours and cooked it for an hour on high then 3 hours on low.

I also threw in a hand full of carrots! Next time I will add potatoes too.

even better w/chicken..

5 hours on low/slow...

the texture and taste where absolutly amazing.
