are they the book (or one of the books) that forbid playing both sides of the same game in their rules? seems their main site is still down, and i can't manage to find the rules page :(

Thanks :D

29. As a client of Infinity Sports you will receive the world's highest parlay odds as well as the possibility of wagering up to 15 team parlays. It is forbidden to play both sides of the same game at Infinity Sports. If a client plays both sides of the same game then any winning wagers on the game will be cancelled. For example:

Philadelphia Eagles 32 1/2
Chicago Bears -3

If you play Chicago in a wager, we ask you not to play Philadelphia in another wager, likewise if you play over 32 1/2 in one wager we ask you not to play under 32 1/2 in another wager.

...unless you count our parlay caps and max odds we will give you on your parlays and dont play any moneyline parlays of greater than -110 or we'll clip you on that too.

Nothing like truth in advertising.

Sorry, I think Infinity has a great CSR team and always gave me great customer service, but really, really lousy rules for players and they dont mind claiming the complete opposite.

I feel you on that. That rule is pure bullshit and when combined with the parlay stuff..... this book will never see another cent of my money, no matter how many contests they sponser. No one should play there.

Thats right guys they will kill your winner and grade your loser and that is the way it is. Knowing that all you need is 3-5 other shops to shop against and middle with, you can even buy points with Infinity and play money lines with Infinity while rolling those sides and totals against another shop, right Anthony?

It really ain't that hard to figure out folks. And the customer service is good and they do pay :slomo

Plus they sponser contests here on MJ's so why complain :nono:

Simply manage your opportunities and smile :)

You don't have to have your cake and eat it too, simply ice another cake in a different bakery and eat it there.

I don't see what the big deal is. I think one of the reasons is obvious why the rule is in place. If you accept a bonus (like winning money from a contest), you can't just keep betting both sides of the same game, lose juice, and cash out.

Unless your hedging at the end of a parlay, there really is not much of a reason to do this. If you mistakenly make an incorrect play, call the customer service. They seem very responsive.

Just my opinion.

Yeah, a contest about as nice as their "rules". Hey, I know you won last year, so maybe you feel a little need to stroke them, but that contest was a fuking joke, too.

I fully understand that they want you to roll over a deposit for the contest, but why the hell should you have to roll the winnings over as well? If you "win" something, it should be yours. These ya-ya's want every penny you have, by any means.

Is Bob Stupak running that place?

Contest prize money is not a "bonus". It is a prize. You won it......you met all the horseshit rules that came along with winning it. But, now we want even more opportunities to steal some of it back from you, before you can have it. Roll it over another 4 times!

Couldnt agree more about Infinity and in general, the fact that the two contest sponsors have some of the worst player rules around. Bestline was just terrible to begin with in my opinion for a number of reasons and it will be my last time doing either contest if they sponsor them next year - which is too bad, I really liked the contest.

Just seems there are so many books out there we can all agree on that are if not great then certainly above average, I think we should step up the campaign on our part as users to get them to be sponsors this year.

I just think that the amount of the prize is determined based on the fact that it will need to be rolled over. It is not a cash prize. It's simple. If it were a cash prize, they would not offer such a huge chunk. Everyone knows/knew the rules going in. Now that it's over and the deposits have been made, everyone wants to complain about it. If someone supplied me with $15K to gamble with (or if I won it in a contest) the last thing I would do is complain. That's just me, though. I understood the rules going in, and my NFL picks suck bad enough for it not to matter.:D

What is your bankroll for a year? The $15K could keep you from pulling money out of the bank to supply your gambling account for a couple of years (depending on BR size). Hell, it would keep me going for damn near a decade.

Now if they said you have to roll it over in a certain amount of time, that would be horseshit!

well said, dawgball. thank you.

the whiney asses should have complained before the contest began or not got into it at all. and the ones that didn't get into it have nothing to complain about either.

jesus! never in my life! play the contests somewhere else if you don't like the ones we offer!

basically, they are a pain in the ass for me and are offered for the members to have fun and pick up some extra cash. i don't make a damn thing off of them and could care less if we ever have another.

seriously!

now that i got that off my chest and have calmed down it's time for a bad analogy :D

if you don't like pizza, don't go to pizza hut. if you don't like steak, don't go to outback steakhouse. and, if you want it all, go to the circus circus buffet UGH!

(not sure that buffet sucks but assume it does)
