Every article I have read (and I am sure that you have as well), claims that as part of the U.S. Federal gov't's lawsuit against BetonSports, the company must reimburse all U.S. clients the amount they have in their account and that no U.S. clients will be prosecuted for any wrongdoing.
Now this will inevitably take time- in my view- a lot of time.
Every time you call the company or one of its affiliates, if you can get through, they tell you a couple of weeks- first, it was that wagering would resume in a couple of weeks; then it was that you'd get your money in a couple of weeks; Now, that you'll here from the company in a couple of weeks.
This is a groundbreaking case for the federal gov't-
One that most legal analysts believed and continue to believe, has no teeth. The question of course is whether the gov't will continue the case with the company essentially acquiescing and giving up- concentrating on the Asian market.
So- after this long winded message, my view is that everyone will get their money back, but I expect it to take a long time- at least a year if not more.
