it won't be a hair test as those are too expensive, and it sounds like it would probably be negative for you anyway. They will just dip your urine and that checks for benzos, mj, coke, and opiates (like Lortab, oxycontin, etc), and possibly meth and pcp. I think you can buy your own test for about 10 bucks at Wallyworld, and if u just get one that tests for thc, it might be even cheaper than that. I would just buy one and check yourself and see what it says. If negative, no worries. If positive, go another route as mentioned.
I won't go into it like hedgehog did, but I do think pot is very harmful. I don't feel it does any good to get on a guy's case about it though as I'm sure my diet could arguably be more harmful to me than pot to you. you can get stuff at GNC, it won't hurt...but you need to drink SO much water you piss every 15 minutes. Drink so much water you will feel bloated and sick of it, then switch it up and drink cranberry juice, then back to water. You have to drink over a gallon a day, and taking GNC products will not hurt it. It should be all luck after this padse...

I highly doubt you'll need to do anything at all. It will be undetectable in a urine test in 3-5 days. I just took a test five days after smoking and passed and I'm similar to you as far as size and smoking frequency. If anything, stick to the cranberry juice. Good luck with the new job.

When was the last time that you smoked prior to the last time? If you weren't a regular smoker and it was at least 35 days since you last smoked you are fine as long as it is a urine test. Take excessive B vitamin prior to the test, your urine will come out yellow instead of clear, so it won't look diluted. Drink LOTS of water. It you have a hair test, you are toast.

Instead of heavy B vitamin pill over dose, eat a half pound of asparagus, it's loaded with natural B-6, B-12, Niacin and anti ox's..also try the GNC, I don't know the exact name but has a "Flush" in the brand name Golden Seal is another brand. Try web site like Testclean.com or get clean pee in the belt apperatus as suggested in previous reply...make sure you don't use your mom's or you will be found out to be menapausal and thus labeled a social outcast :nono: :142smilie
