madjacks "Hall of Fame" members?

As we approach our 9th anniversary let's put 10 all time madjack members into the "madjacksports Hall of Fame".

Please post your nominations in this thread and we'll vote for 3 weeks and the winners go into the HOF in May.

I'll setup a poll after we have a good amount of nominations.

As the owner, I am not in this election (not that I would get any support anyway)

(unless this topic isn't very popular or gets into a flaming war)

Maybe you should consider different "wings" of the MadJack HOF

Mostly I hang out in the general forum so that's who I know best, but maybe a section of the HOF for each of the different forums within the MJ's HOF.

I still think Dr. Strangelove gets the first "Lifetime achievement" award.

This thread is bound to get crazy.

I haven't been around long enough (less than 3 yrs.) to expound on this endeavor. Of course, I have my opinions and as penquinfan mentioned, this may need to be broken down into categories. :shrug: in order to do justice to all.

There are "standouts" in each category.

The "General Discussion" forum and it's myriad of contributors is what makes this forum a "family". From this single category comes contributors with humanitarian efforts (Box and One) as well as unique Handicapping prowess.

The individual handicapping forums all have "stars" that excel in their respective sports. Some contributors (Fletcher) cross-over and are excellent at analyzing gambling opportunities in all sports. There are so many that I know, and so many who have come before me that naming only a few is a daunting task.

Good luck, Jack, in overseeing this ambitious task.
