Tony-I don't see JCC jr. going more than 3 rounds. His guy laid off 2 years, then he comes back to fight a totally useless bum, in order to be sanctioned for this fight. Talk about a lamb going to slaughter! Chavez drops this guy ANYTIME he wants. I hope he wants to right quick.

I missed the Caballero under wager. The greek said 8:00 but i guess that was central time. Oh well. My final wagers are Diaz/lrge and Marq/small. GL everybody! I just saw Marq @-400...the line is really moving.

lawrence cole has no business reffing a championship fight....much less stating that he refuses to be miked(after telling a fighter that he was ahead if he wanted to quit after being cut).....

i know his old man has some juice...but cole`s a piece of shit...

I'm kicking myself for not playing Caballero by decision +300...looked at it several times thinking there was some value but couldn't get over Lacierva being stopped early by Carbajal

Oh well

Juan Manuel Lopez is fukking killing me, I've got a medium size bet on under 10.5, and another guy who decides he wants a sparring session...WTF.

SPOILER on Lopez Dianzo below

Well, I don't know what just happened there, but I lucked out on that one..... seemed like there was already a minor cut on the side of Dianzo's headu, Lopez lands a grazing lazy right hook like he's been throwing all fight, cut opens up and fights stopped...... maybe Dianzo wanted out a bit- had only fought once in 3 years, but I still backed into that one.

just amazing.....what hearts these guy`s have....

vasquez did what he had to...start faster...force the pace, and take the punishment he knew was coming his way to give the punishment he had to to start to wear marquez down...

he had to win a battle of attrition vs the better technician and take a beating in the process to win.....

my hat`s off....

one more time?.....it almost seems wrong....these styles make for super fights....but,i don`t want either guy to end up permanently compromised...

i`ve honestly seen enough...

Kind of a crazy week for me. Very up and down but I hit the 2 Big ones. I went 3-3 but ended up with a pretty good profitable week.

Frago over/med-win
Bobo small-loss
Bobo over/Large-loss
Johnson HUGE wager/Large-win
Marq small-loss
Diaz large-win

What did i say earlier in the week about Marquez dropping that right everytime he throws the left body shot. Vasquez won this fight first by getting rid of Roach. To me his new trainer picked up on this and they worked on it. If you asked me getting rid of Roach won this fight. Man i watch the morales fight on a regular Tv and then watched the tape of the Marqez fight in HD and i couldn't keep up with these two. Terrific pace. Now that is a fight and i kinda think it was a decent stoppage. I thought Marquez when they showed that overhead view got nipped on the top of his head and started falling into Vasquez.

Roach definitly f*cked me, I was on Vasquez +230 from the start but ended up losing money on Marquez b/c of his comments in that interview. I feel like I've been had...lol

Still think Vasquez' nose was one good shot away from exploding, 5 months after surgery is very risky. I noticed his nose was crooked and swollen after the fight, probably just a matter of time

Either way, it was a great fight, and Vasquez' eyes both being cut badly along with Marquez' eye swelling shut...just added to the drama as if we needed any more.

A third fight is a must, even though it will be damaging for both fighters, Marquez deserves another shot if he wants it and he definitly wants it. Vasquez seemed more than willing, they'll both make a lot of money in the rubbermatch. Vasquez will obviously be a big favorite this time around as he showed he can handle Marquez power and his nose will have more time to heal.

How funny is it that Marquez-Vasquez was free and Morales-Diaz was ppv...hell Caballero-Lacierva was extremely entertaining imo. The ppv undercard couldn't have been much better, although I hear the Solis-Mayol fight was pretty good. Anyway, the third fight will most likely be free on showtime while ppv will be pushing Morales-Gatti

Beware to everybody.
Not surprisingly my hot guy is on Vasquez and Vasquez inside.
He simply loves dogs and hates chalk.
He was on Marquez in the first, but now switches.
I got to grap a little more of that plus 500.
I have to say that i dont know if i put to much into roaches statements.
But the way i understand it Roach refused to train Vasquez if he didnt take a year off.
Roach has no hard fellings about Vasquez. And saying things like he slurs, talks slow and gets hit to much from young kids is pretty harsh.
Based only on watching the first fight i would be all over Vasquez at +270 too.

Tony,
that post kept me in profit territory for the week. I kept thinking about a heavy wager on Marq and this kept me from pulling the trigger. The line dropped to -265 and I had plenty of funds to wager 2650 to win an even 1k. @ Sportsbook, I placed a max but small wager of 250 to win 95 bucks and I stuck w/that. I think the reason for the board is to help each other out and that one post saved my ass for the week. Much appreciated!

All you Diaz winners should kiss the ground. You robbed a bank with that decision.

No problem- But i should start to listen to myself.
I was really pretty pissed with myself that i didnt play Vasquez inside bigger. That was so obviuosly the best option available. Regularly what kills me is - money in parlays. the dogs come in winning and the chalk ****s up.
My biggest bet on Vasquez inside is parlayed with St.pierre and Liddell. Several big ones riding on St.Pierre. we will see.
