this could be high scoring fellas

Buckle in!!!!

Here's a stat.....the winner in Toledo games has averaged 46.3 points per game this season.

Plus, Amstutz loves going for it on fourth downs. As this game becomes a shootout, he will hate giving the ball up via punt....4/short or 4/20, he'll give anything a try!

Rockets have not been able to rush the passer all season long.....Davis will have all day to pass, and he should shred 'em.

But, Ball St should not be able to stop Toledo's rushing attack, and the Rockets will gash them all night.

It will be intersting to see which defense can come up and make enough plays to get the win.

Whoever wins the turnover battle wins this one. This total may be higher than the Navy/North Texas game.:scared

Never ceases to amaze me at the lack of talent on defenses in the MAC.... WR screens go for 15 yards a pop in this half ass conference every game.:mj07: :mj07:

Toledo actually had a ball control drive there....of course result was still the same.....TD.....i think yak merchant hit it on the head, first team to force a punt might just win!

I have no doubt that Ball St. is probably going to answer, but that drive taking 6 Minutes is actually better than scoring on 3 plays.

Wow, a punt!!!

Obviously, it was a good call, on paper, to punt there....just look at the field position they've force Toledo into.

But, Amstutz, I guarantee would have gone for it there.....was kinda surprised Hoke did not keep his offense on the field....we'll see if pinning Toledo deep gives his defense any sort of jolt.
