Considering their O has sputtered and had to punt a few times against one of the worst D's in the land.....all the penalities.....a couple of goofy reviews going against them......Ball St is only down a TD......I feel Toledo has missed a chance to build this lead.....BSU has got to feel good about the rest of the game.

Of course, as I type this Toledo just misses a pick-6 and Ball State has to punt again.

I am very surprised that Toledo's D has held up so far and forced three punts already!

Plus you have to factor in that Amstutz is a loose cannon....this could be another wacky game.

did these two coaches get together the end of the 1st quarter and decide to com[letely change their game plans

30 points and wide open offense in the 1st quarter
vs
3 points and rb dives into the middle of the line in the 2nd quarter

I was thinking the same thing.....maybe they have the first Q Over and the second Q Under on a parlay or something :shrug:

Toledo looked brutal in that 2nd quarter.....thinking of making a Ball St bet just to get off my Toledo bet for the game.....and just take my chances with that teaser.

Toledo in huge trouble right now... they haven't scored a TD since the 1st quarter and look terrible right now... starting to see why everyone was pounding Ball & Chain State -5.5 & the Over 64. Game still a long way from Over, but looking bad for Rockets backers at the moment.:com:

After BSU scored to make it 27-20, I was surprised UT did not go for it on fourth once they crossed midfield......their D has not really stopped anyone for two seasons....it took like five plays for them to go down 14 after that.

Their play calling has been very stale....hopefully they can score here and BSU starts making mistakes like they did in the first half.
