No it means that the SEC is the greatest conference in the history of college football. Why? because they all play each other and it is grueling and brutal and if you get 6 wins and your an SEC team they should have to beg you to participate in their bowl game:142smilie :mj07:

Last season the SEC was 6-3 in bowls, including 2 BCS wins.

If given the choice between Texas and Georgia, Fox would choose Texas for TV ratings. The Orange Bowl committee would probably prefer Georgia for ticket sales reasons. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out if it comes to that.
