On the course!
This is from a different post:

Tiger Woods Prop Bets include +150 moneyline odds to win one Major in 2008, +250 to win two, +500 for three, and +750 for the 2008 Grand Slam.

+750 for the 2008 Grand Slam

Now, you don't even need to know anything about golf to know that this is an absolute horseshit offer from a sports book.

Grand slam. Obviously four single events. These suck holes are paying you 7.5 to 1 on a four team parlay??????????

Not only that, but it's a parlay that should FAIRLY be offered at far better than -110 per leg! (Even at that, you would get 11 to 1, right?)

BUT......these guys will give you +150 for him to win ANY one event! SO.......Shouldn't the odds on him winning the "Slam" be parlayed as four +150 events? Thus, the payout on the "Slam" should be about 40-1 and not a paultry 7.5 to 1.

Talk about getting fuked!

Bend over, stooge!

but the +150 for one event sounds like a lock. i bet the limits are very low. has he ever gone a year without winning a major? i bet that +150 is gone by now.

Hmm I see you now can get Tiger for +150 in today's tourny--Certainly like that better the -135
Patience is a virtue :)

Thanks for popping in after the fact.....I noticed you didn't have shit to say when he was leading:shrug:

I really thought the rain delay was one of those little breaks that he always seems to catch. He was getting freight trained at E. I thought if he could come out this morning and go -2 through the last 7 he would be fine.

Should be an interesting Sunday!:0corn

This is still worth a nibble! If Tiger gets 3 or 4 under early and Ogilvy stumbles even a little you can make some coin.

TIGER WOODS 19 23 +334

20 shares at $19= $380

Hoping to get up to $35 or $40 before cas:0corn hing...

--as a matter of fact I did--was just in forum designated for golf--did get a tad jumpy and not wait for full +150

pre tourney--

field +120 over Tiger @ H'wood

WGC CA Championship - Tournament Matchups
Tiger Woods
Field (Any Other Golfer) 03/20/08(10:45 ET)
Field (Any Other Golfer) +120

Can't say as I ever seen such field odds in strong field--unless he leads wire to wire should again be ample hedges/scalps as last week.
---------------------------------------------------------------

Hmm little rain delay--just what Tiger might need-

Will take the scalp now on field vs tiger wager and not get greedy

WGCCHAMP-GOLF2008 TIGER WOODS(49881) 40 - 45 03/22/2008 16:23:28

TIGER WOODS 40 45 +122

Tiger Woods
Field (Any Other Golfer) 04/10/08(08:00 ET)
Field (Any Other Golfer) -110

--and expect scalp or win there also at some point in time--unless he goes wire to wire which is extremely tough in strong fields--and worse case scenerio should be able to buy back partial--if not no big deal either.

will take field vs any player any time at pick em odds--

Wayne, you know Golf I'm not disputing that. However this is where you make a big mistake, as do others IMO.

You do not get the entire field, that's a lottery mentality. You know as well as I do over half of the field is eliminated before the 1st tee. Take the remaining half and half of those will have a shitty week. That leaves realistically 20 or so guys who have a shot at winning a tournament, and when it gets down to the back nine on Saturday, if Tiger is lurking, which he usually is, they all begin to crumble around him.

IMO, it is Tiger vs 20-30 guys, and until they prove they can stare him down, I will continue to ride MR. Woods.

No prob chad I wasn't trying to be argumentive--and your Tiger vs field would be on 6-0 run and good chance 7-0 if they finish this--just like the options in running in getting better options--however not available to everyone--I really shouldn't have stuck my nose in here--especially after the fact. Peace Brother :)
