I could be wrong, and I didn't bother looking it up, but I think what prayen is talking about has something to do with adhesions and to make it better, you have to stretch it out (dick skin stretches so to speak).
well if thats all he needs then I have practicing that regimen two to three times daily since I was 10. Hell if they had an Olympic event on the sumbitch you wouldn't be talking about Michael Phelps and his measley medals I can assure you that!!!!!!!!!!!
