I'll break it into decades:

1940's --none, I wasn't around and that type of music never did interest me.

1950's--Wanda Jackson (right on Terryray)" Let's have a Party" is one of my all time faves. Honorable mention to Linda Scott & Annette Funicello.

1960's --Veronica Bennett/Ronnie Spector of the Ronettes. Or maybe Darlene Love

1970's-- Stevie Nicks with honorable mention to Ellen Foley, especially backing up Meatloaf.

1980's-- Joan Jett, Debbie Harry/Blondie or Holly Beth Vincent (Holly & The Italians.) Big Kudos and lotsa bragging rightsto anyone else who knows who she was.

1990's-- Patti Scialfa

2000's-- Not many, but Cascada (Natalie Horler, vocals) is nice

Who's yours? Watching the grammies right now and was wondering who some of your favorites are?

My top 5 in no particular order

1. Amy Winehouse (She's got the voice)
2. Rihanna (Way better than beyonce)
3. Avril Lavigne (like the punk vibe)
4. Gwen Stefani (Saw no doubt in concert 5 years ago and she was really, really cool to the audience)
5. Shakira (like her songs, but just made the list)

kneifl

2 of them I haven't heard of
