Maybe I'm getting older now that I'm 34 but this hit pisses me off.....

The people in the condo above us foreclosed and now their teenage kids are living there until they repossess the property while the parents have moved elsewhere. They have been having parties until 5 am in the morning and litter our grounds with cigarette butts keeping us up all hours of the night. Anyway, we live in a pretty nice condo community and I am sure they have been warned but don't care. I have cleaned up the cigarette butts once myself. I wake up this morning after being up for a while last night and see our grounds littered with cigarette butts. My wife is friends with the kids parents and have called them once regarding this. I go up there this morning and tell them to clean their shit up, my wife is calling their mother again, and yet I will do one better and call the cops and tell them about all the underage drinking and noise that has been going on the past few weeks if they don't clean their shit up immediately. Ok, end of rant - damn I'm tired and tonight is Valentines Day dinner - hope I can stay awake maybe time for a nap. My wife has to work all day after that bullshit.

next party, call the cops sit back and have a good time watching them get arrested...at least that is what I would do

i don't think kids under 18 are permitted by law to live alone. parents could get in big trouble, no?

Probably could, they're from Nepal. The parents speak broken English and one won the green card lottery. There are a bunch of teenagers living up there right now and I believe they are all from Nepal so I have no idea WTF is going on. No one over 20 living there for sure and I know a bunch of them are still in high school, I wonder how they get all their alcohol.

i wouldnt hesitate to call the cops WHILE the party is going on......... the cops want to hear the noise before entering.

also, let the party go on for a while until it's littered with empty bottles of alcohol and underage kids... cops love that. :SIB

If you want to get the most bang for your buck wait up for them, write down all of their license plate numbers and car types to go along with it. Once they get in their cars, call the cops and tell them you just saw a drunk driver that is probably going to hurt someone because of how drunk they are. At that point you've put liability on the cops side and before too many minutes pass you'll have some kids arrested with DWIs.

Or if you really want to have fun, find out where their parents are and go party balls as loud as you can outside their window.
