Thought it would be neat to see what everyone is throwing on the grill. If your anything like me you take pride in your Grillmanship and like showing it off. So lets hear it and see it! Just to make sure my smoker still woked:SIB I threw a piece of Grouper on for a few hours. In a word, Yum!

Bought one of those today. I'm dry ageing it for 7 days and slow roasting it next Sat!! can't wait

I was goning to do 17 mins a pound. Thing weighs 6.08 lbs.

Added a few more photos to the process. It was good indeed. Morris I have done it at 15 min a pound, but was on more of a time table tonight with people wanting it a little more well done. If you are familiar with these then I am preaching to the choir, but make sure to let it sit out for a few hours to get to room temp before cooking and after you take it out of the oven let it sit for a min of 20 min before cutting. Post some pics of how yours turns out.
