What did you do with the juice. I'm thinking onions, carrots and cauliflower.

I haven't done anything yet. Going to try the marinated chicken breasts for Wednesday dinner. Marinate 24 hours and smoke them on the EGG. :0074

Just wondering wouldn't the pickle juice "cook" the chicken by marinating it that long?

You might be right. I just did a quick search and there are conflicting opinions. I'll marinate for 2 hours to be on the safe side.

One lady said she marinates overnight with Zesty Italian dressing but I'm not going to gamble. Another person said it will make the chicken mushy.

Reminds me of an old trick I usedin college...Marinate chicken in italian dressing for 3-4 hours during the day. Good stuff, yo:toast:
