I'm sure some varieties are available frozen. Im just not interested. Look at your corn. Are you eating it straight from the fields, or out of a Del Monte can? I have friends who live on the lakes around here and bring perch in to fry up constantly. That's what is locally resourced, and plentiful. Had some crab at Xmas time as my daughter requested some, but I can’t recall the last time I ate crab.
