    I find it very hard to believe that with all the technology the Casinos have they couldn't have a video that cancels out the music so they could clearly hear what you said. Sounds like bullshit to me, you got hosed. Plus, unless you are an Oscar winning actor your reaction had to look legit...

    It will take a long time, but he'll get paid. As for doing it "that way the next time", now that he's gone public, I am pretty sure he'll be banned from any Caesars property anywhere in the world for life. Yep, he won't be getting a loyalty rewards card from Caesars any time soon.:)
